1. Eligibility
1.1 This competition is open to residents of families with children at Kelly Club only.
1.2 Employees of Kelly Club and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. Competition Period
2.1 The competition starts on Monday, 29 July 2024 and closes on Friday, 23rd August 2024.
2.2 All entries must be received by 11:59 pm on 23rd August 2024.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter the competition, you must:

4.1 Three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries on 23rd August, 2024.
4.2 The winners will be contacted via Facebook Messenger within 5 days of the selection date.
4.3 If a winner does not respond to the notification within 3 days, a new winner will be selected.
5. Prizes
5.1 Three winners will each receive a Prezzy Card valued at $100.
6. User-Generated Content
6.1 Content must be in compliance with the Facebook Community Standards.
6.2 By entering the competition, you grant Kelly Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and publicly display the content you submit (including your name, social media handle, and profile picture) in any and all media, including but not limited to Kelly Club's websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, and advertising.
6.3 You warrant that you own all rights to the content you submit and that your submission does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
6.4 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kelly Club from and against any claims arising out of your submission of content.
