This is your opportunity to let your voice be heard and help us make our programmes even better. From 21 October to 22 November, visit our Google Business Profile to share your genuine feedback about the time your kids have spent with us. Whether it’s a memorable moment or a fun playful story, your insights are invaluable to us. By sharing your thoughts, you’ll be in with the chance to win a share of $300 worth of childcare!

Find your local Kelly Club on the interactive map below and click the link under ‘Leave us a review’.
Share your thoughts about Kelly Club (Make sure that your Google account has your current email address, as this is how we will contact you if you win.)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

1.1 This competition is open to residents of families with children at Kelly Club only.

1.2 Employees of Kelly Club and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. Competition Period

2.1 The competition starts on 21 October, and closes at 11:59 pm on 22 November 2024.

2.2 All entries must be received by the closing time on the last day of the competition.

3. How to Enter

- To enter the competition, you must:

3.1 Visit our Google Business Profile.
3.2 Leave a genuine review about the programme your child attends.
3.3 Ensure that your contact information is up-to-date in your Google account to enable us to contact you if you win.

4. Selection of Winners

4.1 A winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

4.2 The winner will be notified via email within five days of the competition closing date.

4.3 If the winner does not respond within five days of being notified, a new winner will be selected.

5. Prizes

5.1 Three winners will each receive $100 worth of childcare at Kelly Club.

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 By entering the competition, you grant Kelly Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use your review for promotional purposes in any media, including but not limited to the Kelly Club website and social media platforms.

6.2 You warrant that your review is an original work and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

6.3 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kelly Club from and against any claims arising from your submission.

7. General

7.1 Kelly Club reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time without prior notice.

7.2 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Kelly Club operates.

7.3 By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
