Run your own business as part of a successful and supportive team.
Since arriving in New Zealand in 2009, Kelly Club has been successfully providing the very best in before- and after-school care. We now have 70 thriving sites located in schools throughout the country and are continuing to grow.
A rewarding career
There are few jobs that are more rewarding than working with young children, and there are not many businesses that give you the opportunity to make it your career. Good quality after-school-care makes a real difference in kids’ lives. Being able to play a key role in helping them develop their skills and confidence is magical.
Become a business owner
Becoming a Kelly Club franchisee gives you the exciting opportunity to own a local business. You’ll become part of a national franchise that provides OSCAR approved before-school care, after-school care and school holiday programmes throughout New Zealand.
What we do
Our mission is to be more than ‘just a childcare facility’ - to create a safe environment where children can have fun, learn, relax and feel at home. We realise that before- or after-school care isn’t always a family’s first choice - it’s a necessity. That’s why we want our programmes to be fun, enjoyable and a place that children love attending.
Our goal is to give children the opportunity to do the things they love in a supportive and encouraging environment. We achieve this goal by using a professional programme model controlled by local people. This local connection enables Kelly Club programmes to best meet the needs of the community. Programmes are focused on sports, games, cooking and baking, science and discovery, and art and craft activities, as well as relaxation time around a busy life at school. Children are encouraged, educated and entertained during their time with us.
Working in partnership
We partner with schools to provide a supportive relationship that provides great returns for them while offering a safe environment for their kids, leaving teachers to focus on their ever-increasing workload.
